I’m thrilled because our garden is taking off! We are harvesting about 3-6 zucchini and squash a day and while that may not sound like a lot, when it’s really just 2 of us that eat a lot of it, it really is. Thanks for this nice list! We love zucchini and yellow squash, but we don't do much with them other than grill or steam the veggies. Now I have some other ideas in mind!
