- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 4-6 slices Prime Fresh roast beef, sliced into strips
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 3 zucchinis, cut into spirals
- scallions for garnish
- Combine beef broth and water in a medium saucepan over medium high heat.
- Add in diced mushrooms and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add in roast beef slices and zucchini spirals and cook for about 3-5 more minutes.
- Remove from heat, serve in bowls with scallions as a garnish.
