October is such a beautiful time of the year!! I love seeing all of the pumpkins and Fall decorations. I’m not much for scary Halloween decorations, but I do love cute little candy eyeballs and fun Halloween snacks. This Halloween Monster Chex Mix recipe was a big hit with my family! Feel free to add in nuts to add protein and a salty flavor, but otherwise this recipe is winning!
Chocolate Chex cereal has always been a favorite of my kids’. My parents would always have it at their house for them and also bring a couple of boxes when they come to visit. My personal favorite Chex cereal is Cinnamon Chex. It is gluten free and oh so delicious!
I mixed our two favorite cereals, added in some M&Ms and pretzels, and topped it all off with candy eyeballs to make it the perfect Halloween snack!
