For two out of the three rounds of Whole30 that I have done, I have started in January. Makes sense, right? That’s when you are supposed to restart, detox, etc etc. But I just finished up my third round and it was SO good after months of stress eating because of covid, lockdowns, and virtual learning. I feel MUCH better and am ready to head into the holidays with a better perspective. Which brings me to Thanksgiving. Whole30 Thanksgiving Recipes
If you have a family favorite recipe, it is usually fairly easy to swap ingredients to make it more of a “clean eating” dish.
