Everywhere you look, there are signs of fall. Pumpkins, apples, falling leaves, and more are in all of the grocery stores and of course, pumpkin spice recipes! My favorite creamer is back, too. (it’s this dairy free pumpkin spice creamer, if you were wondering!) But today, we are talking about apples. Caramel apples to be exact….sitting atop a cheesecake brownie. There are many variations to this delicious Caramel Apple Cheesecake Brownie, but here is the easiest version to make!
Looking for a delicious appetizer, sweet after school snack, or an easy to throw together game day snack that everyone will love? Peanut Butter Dessert Nachos is an easy recipe for all of the above!
I love using pretzels in recipes, as they provide a salty, crispy crunch for any dessert! Combine that with peanut butter and chocolate and the recipe is a guaranteed hit! But, I added marshmallow creme, peanuts, and mini chocolate chips to round it all out and this recipe is winning! My family loved it!
The secret to getting your ingredients evenly spread is to warm the peanut butter, marshmallow creme, and chocolate sauce in the microwave for a few seconds, stir, and pour. Of course, if you get your chocolate sauce in a bottle, then you will not need to warm it, but warming the peanut butter and marshmallow creme is a must!
Peanut butter dessert nachos come together so easily! This is a decadent after school snack or something that could be put together as a last minute dessert or appetizer. It is SO GOOD!
Grab a plate if you want to be proper, or have everyone dig in to these dessert nachos at the same time!
What else would you add to this peanut butter dessert nachos recipe?
I’m the type of girl who eats the cookie to get to the icing. “Minimize the cookie, maximize the icing” is the way I look at it. I know some prefer the cookie, and that’s okay, but I think everyone will agree that these Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Cups are delicious and a winning combo for everyone!
The cookie cups themselves are super easy to make. I just used a store-bought sugar cookie mix, followed the package directions for rolled cookies, then rolled balls and flattened them out inside a mini muffin tin. For this recipe, I also added a 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder. SO yummy and pretty simple, too!
The cheesecake icing or cheesecake filling is rich and creamy and I just added the finished product to a sandwich bag, clipped off one corner, squeezed it in and added mini chocolate chips.
I did find that these crisped up pretty quickly, so make sure to store in an airtight container and place an apple slice inside to make them moist!
Who wouldn’t love all of that peanut butter cheesecake icing??

This easy Shirley Temple Cake with Grenadine Glaze is an impressive, delicious dessert that is really simple to make!
The other day I was scrolling Facebook and I saw an ad for a local person selling Shirley Temple Cakes. So, apparently I have been living under a rock because I had never heard of such a thing. I searched a few recipes on pinterest but could not find exactly what I was looking for, so I bought a few ingredients and made this delicious cake that turned out amazing the first time!!
My kids had never had a Shirley Temple, which is essentially, 7UP, grenadine, and maraschino cherries. My husband introduced me to this non-alcoholic drink years ago, and it’s really a delicious treat!
So my kids’ worlds were rocked when I made this Shirley Temple Cake, but also when I let them have a Shirley Temple drink! They all said it was delicious!
I found that some recipes on the internet said to poke the cake before pouring on any icing or glaze or the maraschino cherry juice, and maybe that would have been good, as well, but when the glaze collects at the bottom, you just scoop it up and drizzle on your cake if you prefer! My guys like that the cake itself was not super soggy and could choose the amount of glaze they wanted on their piece.
This easy Shirley Temple Cake with Grenadine Glaze is a great Spring cake! Serve at your Easter meal for a delicious, impressive dessert!
27+ Satisfying, Creative Skillet Recipes – Start to Finish in One Skillet!
I recently wrote about my new found love for iron skillets. They're easy to use, clean, and are healthy to cook in, too. My iron skillets stay on the stove because I use them all of the time. Keep them seasoned and they'll be non-stick and ready to use. My favorite brand of cast iron is Lodge. (Check out how to season your cast iron and take care of it so it serves you well.)
I have collected 27 great skillet recipes that require only one cast iron skillet to cook. You can obviously use another type of pan for these recipes, but cast iron is my favorite. There are breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes…and even one for dessert! Check them out and let me know what you think! Enjoy!

Nectarines and peaches are this family’s favorite Summer fruits. We are lucky to get the most delicious peaches and nectarines at the local supermarket. I always buy many at a time because I know they will be eaten. The boys love eating them plain. Even Baby Brother can quickly devour a nectarine! I wanted to make a dessert with our nectarines, but not anything typical. Hubbby and I love Sopapilla Cheesecake, so I had a great idea to add fruit to it. We have added peaches and nectarines to this dessert, and both are excellent!
