I have been a blogger since 2008, when I was pregnant with our first son. Over the years, the blog name and branding has changed and evolved, and it went from a hobby to a full time job. When I heard about Traffic Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Filling Your Websites and Funnels with Your Dream Customers by Russell Brunson, I knew that I wanted to work through this book to up my game and learn more information about getting traffic to my blog.

Who is Russell Brunson?

Russell Brunson is a Best-Selling Author and also the CEO of $100M software company, ClickFunnels. Brunson has built a following of entrepeneurs, sold hundreds of thousands of books, and helped people to understand the concept of sales funnels to better their business. He, along with partner Todd Dickerson, launched ClickFunnels, which quickly became the fastest growing non-venture backed software company in the world. 

In his new book Traffic Secrets: The Underground Playbook for Filling Your Websites and Funnels with Your Dream Customers, Russell Brunson goes into detail to help everyone understand the classic and foundational direct marketing techniques that will allow website owners and business owners, small and large, to be at the front of new trends and see opportunities that are invisible to everyone else.

My greatest takeaway from the book was, as a blogger, how to master evergreen traffic strategies in order to fill my website and funnels with “dream customers.” Because at the end of the day, dream customers and blog readers are those that will return and enjoy being on GingerCasa.com, finding recipes to use and reading about our adventures as a family.
