This movie is true story about a 12 year old named Donn Fendler, who becomes separated from his family because of a storm on top of a mountain.
Donn is all alone for nine days and he fights to survive the unforgiving wilderness of northern Maine without food, shelter, or proper clothing. A massive search effort that captured national headlines and attracted hundreds of volunteers was quickly underway to search for the boy.
Rated PG and directed by Andrew Boodhoo Kightlinger, produced by Sylvester Stallone, Braden Aftergood, Dick Boyce and Ryan Cook, this movie is an adventurous film that the family will love. Screenplay written by Luke Paradise and based on the book by Donn Fendler himself.
