There’s something undeniably comforting about the flavors of pizza—gooey cheese, tangy tomato sauce, crispy pepperoni, and a golden, buttery crust. But sometimes, you just want that deliciousness in a fun, bite-sized form without the hassle of rolling out dough. That’s where these Garlic Butter Pepperoni Pizza Muffins come in! They take everything you love about pizza and transform it into an easy-to-make, grab-and-go snack that’s perfect for busy weeknights, after-school treats, or party appetizers.

One of the best things about this recipe is how simple it is. With just a can of biscuit dough, a handful of toppings, and a muffin tin, you can whip up these pizza muffins in no time. The biscuits create a soft, flaky base that crisps up beautifully around the edges, while the cheesy, pepperoni-filled center stays warm and melty. And let’s not forget the finishing touch—a brush of garlic butter right out of the oven takes them to the next level, adding that extra layer of rich, savory goodness.

These little pizza muffins are also incredibly customizable. Want to switch things up? Try adding cooked sausage, olives, mushrooms, or even a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little heat. If you’re looking for a gluten-free or dairy-free option, simple swaps make it easy to fit your dietary needs while keeping all the flavor. Whether you’re serving them for a game-day snack, a family movie night, or just because you’re craving something cheesy and delicious, these muffins are bound to become a new favorite.

Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Ingredient Swaps:
- Biscuit Dough: Use a gluten-free canned biscuit dough like Immaculate Baking Co. or make your own with a mix like King Arthur's Gluten-Free Baking Mix.
- Cheese: Swap mozzarella for a dairy-free alternative like Violife, Daiya, or Follow Your Heart shredded cheese.
- Butter: Use a dairy-free butter like Earth Balance or Miyoko’s.
- Pepperoni: Most pepperoni is dairy-free, but double-check labels for hidden gluten. Applegate Naturals Uncured Turkey Pepperoni is a great gluten- and dairy-free option.
- Parmesan: Either skip it or use a dairy-free version like Violife Parmesan or nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
