Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Brown hamburger meat.
- Add salt, garlic, herbs, and sour cream.
- Add half of mozzarella and spaghetti noodles. Stir.
- Put in a glass baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
