Parenting is a crazy thing. We are given these little people to take care of and make sure they get all that they need. Some days, after I have made sure my three little guys get all their rest, water, fruits, protein, and veggies, I realize that I have not really taken care of myself. Hubby and I have committed to taking better care of ourselves and nutrition is one of the top things that needs to change. A reminder to eat your veggies is one of the best ways to start this process!
I printed out this super cute veggie wreath printable, framed it, and hung it up beside the kitchen table. The boys were intrigued and I am hoping it will be a good visual reminder for them to eat healthier, as well!
To create your own Eat Your Veggies visual reminder, here’s what you do! Just click on the image below and print the PDF. It will fit an 8×10″ frame, but you can adjust it to your preference. If printing on an 8 1/2″ x 11″ piece of paper, you will need to trim it down to fit in the 8×10″ frame, of course.
Check out these gorgeous drawings of foods!
We tried the Chik’n Pot Pie and Italian Sausage Bake. They are both quick and easy to prepare and fit well in our journey to a healthier lifestyle. The chick’n and sausage are both vegan and are packed with protein.
