The Boys Are Ready For Fall Weather With Cookie’s Kids’ Clothes!

I first learned about Cookie’s Kids on another blog a few months ago.  I was impressed with the cute stuff that I had never seen in stores here before.  After logging on to the Cookie’s Kids website, I learned that it was established in New York City in 1972 and now has seven stores in the NYC area:  the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Jamaica.  They also have an amazing selection of clothes for newborns to young adults, shoes, accessories, school uniforms, and toys in their online store.

With Fall approaching and the temperatures dropping (yes, even in Texas!), I was excited about Cookie’s Kids’ Fall Fashion selection.  There was an ad for fall clothes that popped up right when I logged on, which made it really easy to find clothes for the boys for the fall.

I found a lot of things to choose from.  There were hoodies, jeans, long sleeved shirts, shoes, scarves, and more.  I eventually decided on sets for the boys, and that decision alone was a hard one!  Since Baby D has a lot of hand me downs from the Captain, I got two sets for the Captain and one for Baby D.

I often feel like stores don’t have enough cute, functional clothes for boys and I was THRILLED at the awesome selection at Cookie’s Kids!  The cute little jeans, the stylish, yet comfortable looking hoodies….I love this store!

When I had finalized my decision, I went to the checkout.  The clothes are priced very reasonably and shipping was only $5 for all orders, which is excellent!

The clothes came within a week and the boys were eager to try them on.  Well, I did have to bribe the Captain and tell him that he could roll around the leaves in our photo shoot.  Here is the Captain, modeling his American Hawk two piece outfit and climbing his favorite tree:

I just love the fit of these jeans!  He is on the skinny side, so he has a hard time fitting into pants, and these fit perfectly!  And I love the contrast of the black and white stripes, too!

Then I had him change into the USATHLETE three piece outfit, which included pants, a long sleeved shirt, and a hoodie.  It was a Friday and we were going to the high school football game that night, so he was thrilled about his new “football outfit.”  I think he was trying for the “serious look” in this picture:

Baby D isn’t as fond of wearing clothes as the Captain, but he loved his new Coney Island “Bayside” jeans and hoodie set.  The jeans are SO cute and they fit him well, too, even over his little cloth diapered bottom!

Um, adorable!  The striped shirt on Captain is very RL Polo-esque.  And those prices cannot  be beat.  Holy moly!
